Cocktail: Quimbaya is also known for its original mixology! Add a "Cumbiana" to your tasting menu for 12€ - an original cocktail with rum, tomaseca (traditional Colombian spiced healing liquor), colombiana (sparkling Colombian soda), cane sugar and mint - on ice!

The unique origins and flavors of each of the four “bocados” will be explained by the chef over our two hour cultural journey (and the making of the Cumbiana), with time to mingle and enjoy the ambiance of this Michelin starred restaurant.

We are no longer able to process refunds for Happy Hour registrations.

For paid registrations, if you cancel before the event, the amount paid will remain as a credit on your account for a future American Club of Madrid event.
