The American Club of Madrid (“ACM”) places a high priority on protecting your privacy. In order to become a Member of The American Club of Madrid, you must complete an Application for Membership form. On this form, you are asked to provide certain information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact you about the events we organize and to inform our members of events in Madrid that might be of interest to them.
At your option, you may also provide additional information (such as date and place of birth, interests, hobbies) about yourself, but it is not required.

Your data is stored within a CRM database provided by Wild Apricot, a Canadian based company which uses servers operated by Amazon Web Services (AWS). These cloud servers may be located in a destination outside the EEA, but the hosts are committed to GDPR compliance. ACM may amend this privacy policy from time to time; please review it periodically. ACM maintains the option to modify this privacy document at any time by electronic notice posted on our website.
